So i activated ImageBloguer Theme and all its plugins, entered a state of bliss and after a few clicks the cpu in my (shared) box began went to the sky.
I had to disable about half the plugins, probably im missconfiguring or something?
Haven't heard of any CPU problems from any plugins. Possibly could be a php module that one of the plugins utilize that your server doesn't like. I'd recommend having your host or system admin trace the process and nail down exactly where the usage is coming from. Also try disabling plugins one by one and see what happens to the usage.

I didnt find the problem, i rebooted the entire setup and all works great now…
probably some gremlins messing around on the server or something.
