Hey, I just installed the Image Blogger theme and I am needing some beginner guidance to get my site looking how I'd like it to.

1. I would like to change the basic hotSalt title to my own image logo. Can someone please tell me how this is possible?

2. I would like to use an image that I have for the background, is this possible and if so how?

3. When I post an article the whole post is displayed, all images and all of the post text rather than just an intro image and a short piece of text with a "contuinue reading" link to the full article. What am I doing wrong?

4. The partfaliaz site has a little gallery under each post, what is this and how do I put something like this into my post?

5. I would like to move around the location of things in my right side bar so that my twitter and facebook link appears at the top, how can i also do this?

6. Also, my gravatar image, athough I have uploaded it, does not seem to show up?

7. Lastly, I have noticed that the thumbnail images in my archives are all different sizes, how do I set them to be uniform?

I know that this is quite a lot to ask and it is probably all pretty much basic stuff but I have just switched from using a Woo theme, which was pretty beginner friendly… , to using this Image Blogger theme which seems a little more of a step up the learning ladder… so any help to point me in the right direction will be greatly aprreciated and Id like to say thanks very much in advance….
