Please help.

The first test post right out of the box created a doubling of images in the 4 x 4 article area near the footer. I deleted the post, subsequent test posts were fine. Now a few test posts later, all new posts are presenting with a doubling of pictures in the Featured section, Category Highlight section and the 4 x 4 section near the header. 

Any ideas?
