Can someone help me remove the featured posts area in the header from all pages EXCEPT the home page?  I'm using an actual page, not the blog as my welcome page and that's the only page I want the featured posts area to appear on.

It looks like the other pages (single.php, etc) just call the header and seeing as how the featured posts are part of the header, I'm not sure how to just pull everything above that over to the pages.

Any ideas would be most appreciated!
