I received some advice regarding getting my images to show at the top . 


How do I : 

Create a folder named posts-images in your theme's folder
wp-content/themes/minimal-wordpress


Sorry to be such a bother – hopefully this will be the last time I need help

Me again…

My problem is that the pictures attached to posts stopped appearing at the top.  I've been told that it has to do with timthumb.php and will need to create a new folder.  I've asked how to create a folder.  Still waiting.


I am now considering starting the theme over – new install that will work as it originally did (showing 4 featured posts' pictures across the top). 

I am afraid that I may have carelessly installed upgrades/widgets that meesed with the theme's appearance. 

Is this a good alternative to trying to learn how to fix my featured post issues??????????????

I re-installed the theme.  Lost a few upgrades I'd made – but it works better now.  I'll be more careful when installing plugins.

I am a bit dissappointed that I did not get any help here.

I received your instructions that assumed that I had knowledge and use of cpanel.  I do not.  I know you were attempting to help but I guess my level of ignorance is below that which you can help me.

I would like to know why I am unable to install plug-ins.  Each time I am prompted for connection info, it returns a message stating that my input is incorrect. I've seen several postings with the same issue without resolve.


I am still learning and appreciate any help I can get.
