Admin please help ASAP.

I recently updated to wordpress 3.0 and it basically crashed the entire site. I've spoken for a long time with my hosting people so its not that. I'm pretty sure it's because the theme doesn't support 3.0. I'm worried to downgrade because I spent a lot of time tweaking the theme and I'm scared to lose it. 

So what's happening right now is the front page doesn't load at all. It's different in each browser though. In sfari it doesn't load at all. In firefox, it loads only the text of the mobile version of my site. In chrome it loads the full mobile version. I can't get the good  version at all though. Please help! Any suggestions on how to fix this? Admin?

The wp-admin part of the site still works perfectly, it's only the theme part.

Please help because I love the theme and don't want to lose my settings!

Is there anything I can do now to make the website up? I kind of need it up right now ASAP. Or could I forward the site? Or put a new landing page without losing things?
