Hello,

i have a problem with my Playtime Theme in this website (German):

http://www.trailermeister.de

I have no Thumbnails at all, does it take some time to create them or what do i need to do?

And the Cover Images are not showing up either, its really confusing and i dont understand why.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Kevin, had the same issue.

This response from the developer-

–

I noticed this line in the featured-vids.php..

if ( is_home() ) $theOffset = '4';

–

Find that line and change the 4 to a 0

Let us know if it fixes the cover image issue in your More Featured Videos widget.

still doesnt work…

if i make a right click in the space the thumbnail is supposed to be i find a link to a thumbnail, but when i open this URL it shows me this:

Hi,

I believe you need to have GD support in your php. Are you able to check with your host, and that it is functioning correctly and the permissions have been setup to support it?

Hello,

the Avatar Picture works now, because it is the right size.

do picture with a bigger size as 615×370 or smaller size not work?

Which size do i need for the other smaller pics below?

ok i think it does work now, my firefox just doesnt refresh the website, but i can see it work in safari.
