I've e-mailed Nicole about this issue, but wanted to add it here for an explanation for everyone to see.
Paypal suddenly stopped sending us IPN notifications without warning. To those of you who don't know, IPN is a feature from PayPal that sends notifications about payments via API to a backend script so that the retail site knows whether or not a payment has been made. With it not working, we had no notification that people were buying our scripts at the time and our system wasn't processing the orders. Until we found this issue, we were e-mailing our themes manually (for only a couple days, but still).
It took a couple complaints from our users for us to finally realize what the problem was. After further research into this, it seems that this is a common thing for PayPal to do (de-activate IPN for accounts without warning). We have no idea why they de-activated our IPN features, but all it took was a flip of a switch via our account to turn the feature back on.
I sincerely apologize for the delays this has caused you guys in getting your new theme.
