Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our website (http://www.Zidalgo.com) by Zidalgo (the "products") in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.
Personal license purchases are restricted to one (1) installation. You may only use the Zidalgo theme on one website with the personal license.
If you wish to use the templates for multiple clients or sites, you should purchase the Developer License. The Developer License grants unlimited implementations of the Zidalgo template, as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please also refrain from deleting any credit text contained within the template files.
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written consent from Zidalgo.
All templates are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee, that older templates will run with future versions of WP. We are however committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
After we have succesfully received your payment, your Zidalgo Theme information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
Note: No invoices will be available for your purchases, as the PayPal sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Zidalgo. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Since Zidalgo is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the theme purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any product from our site.
Zidalgo offers these templates and designs "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for customization or administration of WordPress itself. We will however provide full support during the theme installation process.
Zidalgo reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a theme product with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change.
Zidalgo does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Zidalgo templates will work with all browser combinations.
